Greetings!
I wanted to share a couple of things with you.
First, I applied the ATM principle to a very painful muscular strain in my lower arm and thumb. I had strong pain in both thumb and wrist adduction,
that was lingering with no change for two weeks.
Then I had the idea to do ATM's for both .... I did about 4 in each area tonight, and have an immediate 75% reduction in pain. I expect it will go
away in a few days with some repeated efforts!
